Day 1: Marrakech – Atlas Mountains – Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate – Skoura
Day 2: Skoura – Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Erg Chebbi
Day 3: Erg Chebbi – Midelt – Ifrane – Fes

Day 1: Marrakech – Atlas Mountains – Ait benhaddou – Ouarzazate – Skoura

  • Leaving Marrakech at eight in the morning, you will travel to Ouarzazate over the Tichka Pass, which is 2260 meters above sea level. Tichka will be your first photo stop; alternatively, you can take in the stunning scenery of Berber settlements below the Atlas Mountains. After that, we proceed to the UNESCO World Heritage Site known as the Ksabah of Ait Ben Haddou. Then we travel to Ouarzazate, where we stop by the film studios and the kasbah Taourirte, which serves as the pasha of Marrakech and is a reminder of the era of the Atlas lords. The day then goes on to Skoura oisis. to stay over night

Day 2: Skoura – Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Erg Chebbi

  • After breakfast, travel begins from the skoura oasis to the valley of the roses, and from there it is a short distance to the Todra Gorges, a vast fault that rises to a height of 200 meters in a valley that is densely populated with Berber villages and palm groves. The largest naturally occurring underground pool of water in all of Morocco is located in Merzouga, which is farther into the Sahara after lunch in the gorge and is situated on the edge of the enormous sand dunes of Erg Chebbi. Dinner and a stay in a Merzouga hotel. You will saddle your camel in the afternoon to cross the dunes and learn one of the mysteries of the “sea of sand.” We’ll make a stop at a pristine sanctuary.Enjoy the peace and quiet of the desert, the stunning scenery all around you, and the magnificent sunset. Spend the evening beneath a blanket of stars that are possibly the brightest you have ever seen. Spend the night in a real Berber tent.

Day 3: Erg Chebbi – Midelt – Ifrane – Fes

  • We travel to Rissani after breakfast in the desert, where we stop by the traditional Berber suq and the abandoned Kasbah of Sijilmassa. As we leave Rissani, we pass through Errachidia and the Ziz Valley. Before arriving in Azrou, where there is a cedar forest and a troop of Barbary monkeys, we will pause along the way for lunch.
